General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the parties with regard to booking services offered by the Maison d'hôtes la Doma in Venterol. They apply to all bookings made directly and via the establishment's website, for the entire duration that the services are available online. The establishment reserves the right to supplement or modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing a new version on the website, which will apply automatically upon publication. The applicable general terms and conditions of sale are those in effect on the date of the booking.
2. ONLINE CONTRACT CONCLUSION
The customer makes their booking via the online order form. An email confirmation is sent to the customer. It summarizes the contract offer, the services booked, the prices, the total order amount, the terms and conditions of sale applicable to the selected rate and accepted by the customer, and the booking date. The booking is considered confirmed upon confirmation of the reservation and payment of the deposit.
3. PRICES
The prices for booking services (accommodations and options) are listed on the website and confirmed at the time of booking. The prices shown are per accommodation for the number of people and the selected date. Prices are confirmed to the customer inclusive of all taxes, in the establishment's currency, and are valid only for the period indicated on the website.
Unless otherwise stated on the website, additional services (breakfast, spa access, etc.) are not included in the price and are displayed separately.
4. PAYMENT
▪︎ DEPOSIT
At the time of booking, the client pays a deposit of 100% of the total cost of their stay, including the price of accommodation, taxes, and any additional services selected by the client.
▪︎ BALANCE
The balance for any optional extras and food and drinks is paid on-site at the Doma guesthouse at the end of the stay.
In case of a no-show (reservation not canceled – client not present), the sums paid by the client will be retained as a refund.
